Each class promotes good posture and helps you to increase strength in your back and arms. Barre is available to everyone free from injury or abdominal separation.

Intro to Pilates
is designed for those new to Pilates, those coming back to Pilates after a longer break, or those who would like to refresh their basics. In this class, you will focus on the basic principles of Pilates, which include: breathing principles, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapula movement and stabilization and head and cervical placement, learning basic exercises and the equipment.
will find your core and improve your posture! To increase the challenge and enjoyment, we use a lot of props like Thera bands, small weights, chi balls, magic circles, foam rollers and Pilates bars. Pilates is available to everyone who has completed the Intro to Pilates or has previous pilates experience free from injury or abdominal separation.
Yoga for seniors
Yoga for Seniors is accessible to everyone. You can start at any age. You don’t need to be physically fit or active to take up yoga. Whether you’re 55 or 85, it is never too late to take up a yoga class. Gentle yoga stretching and breathing techniques done from the comfort of a chair or a yoga mat will help you to release stiffness and tension from all parts of the body and ideal for evolving bodies. Start giving your body the attention and love that it needs.
