Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners is designed for everyone NEW to yoga, for those who are coming back to yoga after a longer break, those who like to refresh their basics, but it is also a great transition for new mums moving from postnatal to regular practice. In this class, we will focus on the foundation principles of yoga, which include: breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation.
Pilates for Teens
Pilates for Teens is designed to help your young adolescent to become physically fit, mentally alert and socially confident! Pilates for Teens will provide a safe space for Teens to explore their changing bodies, teach them about their core strength, improve their flexibility and stamina and work on correct posture to help rule out any potential back problems.
Yoga for KIDS (5-9 yo)
Yoga for Kids will help children reenergize, calm their hyperactivity and improve concentration. This class will teach children to explore and better understand their bodies and beautiful minds, create healthy movement patterns and good postural alignment in a fun and non-competitive environment.
Baby Massage and Movement
Baby Massage and Movement is a 5-week course. It is a playful and special bonding practice. Through gentle strokes and quality interactions you will learn how to express love and care for your baby, how to stimulate your baby’s growth and development and how to soothe your baby or help better sleep.
