Yoga for KIDS (5-9yo)
Thursdays, February 14 – April 4, 4pm – 5pm
Afterschool Yoga will help children reenergize, calm their hyperactivity and improve concentration. This class will teach children to explore and better understand their bodies and beautiful minds, create healthy movement patterns and good postural alignment in a fun and non-competitive environment. Fun Breathing techniques will teach kids how to manage their emotions and relaxation at the end of every session will send them home blissed and relaxed.
