Postnatal Pilates for New Mums
Postnatal pilates is a safe and effective way to strengthen your abdominal muscles. This is particularly important for many new mums who experience abdominal separation. It also helps strengthen your pelvic floor muscles in an aid to speed up your body’s recovery.
Baby & Me Yoga (6 weeks- crawlers)
‘Baby & Me Yoga’ is a playful and special bonding practice. Through quality interactions, songs, gentle movement and touch, parents and bubs learn how to be active together.
Baby & Me Barre (6 weeks – crawlers)
“Baby and Me Barre” is practice for new mums while babies relaxing on their mats or in their carrier. A fun, fat burning low-impact practice will promote good posture while lifting and carrying your baby, increasing strength in your lower abdomen and pelvic floor.
Postnatal Power Circuit with Bub (10 weeks – crawlers)
Postnatal Circuit training is form of high intensity training, combining endurance and resistance training. Gradually increases strength and aerobic fitness levels, helps to trim and tone the whole body. Includes exercises that focus on strengthening your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor and promote heathy healing of possible abdominal separation.
