Create a strong foundation for a safe and steady backbending practice. This two hour workshop will take you through a dynamic flow opening your shoulders and hips and improving flexibility in your spine and then diving into technique and practice of various backbends.
All Levels are Welcome but Prior Yoga Experience is a Must.
More advanced students will love refining their practice with this workshop, while beginning students will learn to deepen into their backbending practice in a safe, supported and sustainable way.
