Postnatal pilates is a safe and effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, which is particularly important for new mums who experience abdominal separation.
“Baby and Me Barre” is practice for new mums while babies relaxing on their mats or in their carrier. A fun, fat burning low-impact practice will promote good posture, increasing strength in your lower abdomen and pelvic floor.
Postnatal Circuit gradually increases strength and aerobic fitness levels, helps to trim and tone the whole body. Includes exercises that focus on strengthening your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.
‘Baby & Me Yoga’ is a playful and special bonding practice. Through quality interactions, songs, gentle movement and touch, parents and bubs learn how to be active together.
