What is Postnatal Pilates?
Postnatal pilates at Evolvere offers a safe and effective way to your postnatal recovery. The practice strengthens your abdominal muscles, which is particularly important for many new mums who experience abdominal separation. It also helps strengthen your pelvic floor muscles in an aid to speed up your body’s healing process. Even though we love to see Babies in all our other Postnatal classes, Postnatal Pilates is for Mums only, as we need you to have space to focus on yourself for a change.

Expect steady and good form focus in our Evolvere Postnatal Pilates class!It took you over nine months to create a human … take your time and restore in time. This class will ease tightness and help build strength and stamina. It’s designed to nurture new Mums and provide a safe environment to heal and even connect with your village of new Mums.
