Yoga for Beginners is a 10 week course designed for everyone NEW to yoga, for those who are coming back to yoga after a longer break, those who like to refresh their basics, but it is also a great transition for new mums moving from postnatal to regular practice. In this class, we will focus on the foundation principles of yoga, which include: breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation.
