Evolvere Pilates for Breast cancer is designed for every woman undergoing treatment with chemotherapy, radiation and following surgery. Pilates for Breast Cancer will help balance out the effects of your treatment. You will learn the fundamental Pilates techniques and importance of good form and correct alignment. Understand your neutral spine, neutral pelvis and pilates breathing. As a result, you’ll be soon seeing improvements not only in the range of movement but also your overall mobility and confidence.
