What is Pregnancy Pilates?
Evolvere Pregnancy Pilates in Lane Cove will build the strength and stamina you need for labor and the birth of your baby. It will help to increase your muscle tone and deep abdominal strength to better support the weight of your baby, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve your energy levels and assists to alleviate pregnancy aches and pains.

Pregnancy Pilates at Evolvere will build strength and create healthy flexibility and tone in your body to help you carry a growing belly. This class will help to alleviate common aches and pains throughout your pregnancy. You’ll learn the fundamental Pilates techniques, such as a neutral spine and how to hold your body in everyday life to prevent back pain. The class will improve your pelvic stability and alleviate any possible sacro-illiac join pain or pelvic pain. Soon, you’ll be flowing through your movements with concentration, control and ease.

Who will love this?
Every pregnant woman:
8 weeks pregnant if you have an established pilates practice.
12 weeks pregnant if you haven’t been practising pilates.
What to bring?
- Mat (if you don’t have a mat just yet, you can always hire one at the studio for $2)
- Small water bottle (but we do have tap and filtered water and glasses at the studio)
- Any concerns from your GP
- Aches or pains
- An open mind
