What is Pregnancy Yoga?
Evolvere Pregnancy Yoga in Lane Cove may seem a little different to the dedicated Yogi, but rest assured this class will challenge you physically and mentally. During this class, you and your baby will strengthen, tone and relax. Pregnancy Yoga will also help create more space for your growing baby, and enable you to connect with your baby through your connected breathing.
What to expect?
Pregnancy Yoga at Evolvere will build strength and create healthy flexibility in your body to help you carry a growing belly. It will help to alleviate common aches and pains throughout your pregnancy, improve your mood and sleep patterns and help you to stay calm and relaxed so you can turn your attention inwards and connect with your baby. Benefits of deep breathing in yoga carry on beyond the birth of your baby. It is used to tone your pelvic floor into peak condition and energises you to adjust to the demands of a newborn (even until toddler years!).

Testimonials
“Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable, inclusive and motivational experience. I started at Evolvere when I was 9 weeks pregnant, doing the Pregnancy Pilates and Yoga classes and am now bringing my 11 week old baby to Baby and Me Barre, Power Circuit, yoga and Post Natal Pilates. When I started, I was searching for a safe and welcoming space to maintain my fitness and strength in preparation for the birth and beyond, and I found it with Evolvere. I love that I have been able to go through this journey with Tatiana and other mums I have met along the way. Tatiana has been a wonderful support through my pregnancy and birth, her teachings and knowledge about birth and post natal recovery and exercise has given me the confidence to get moving, accept and enjoy the process.”—Alexandra Wallace
“Tatiana is the best yoga and pilates instructor I have ever come across! Her dedication to all her clients is extraordinary. She genuinely cares about your health and well-being. No matter your level of fitness she will make you feel welcome and at ease. I have absolutely loved all the prenatal classes I have done and I know this is helping me prepare for a birth where I feel confident, in control (as much as you can!) and has given me the permission to trust and believe in my body. I can’t wait to join all the other class once bubba is born, especially mums and bubs 🙂 xoxox”—Steph Blakely“
I have been going to Tatiana’s classes since I have been 5 weeks pregnant and I must say she is the best instructor I have encountered. She caters for everyone’s needs and her passion truly shows through the way she teaches.
I would highly recommend Evolvere’s pregnancy classes to anyone that are expecting. The pregnancy yoga classes truly relaxes you and help with pregnancy aches and pains; and the pregnancy pilates classes are energising and strengthens your body as your baby grows.”—Velda Wong
