Our pregnancy classes are open to all women. They will help you meet the challenges of pregnancy, will help you be better prepared for the birth of your baby and allow for a seamless recovery post birth.
Pregnancy Yoga will build strength and create healthy flexibility in your body to help you carry a growing belly. It will help to alleviate common aches and pains throughout your pregnancy, improve your mood and sleep patterns and help you to stay calm and relaxed so you can turn your attention inwards and connect with your baby.
Pregnancy Pilates will build the strength and stamina you need for labor and the birth of your baby. It will help to increase your muscle tone and deep abdominal strength to better support the weight of your baby, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve your energy levels and assists to alleviate pregnancy aches and pains.
