Yoga for Beginners is run as a 10 week course. Designed for everyone NEW to yoga, for those who are coming back to yoga after a longer break, those who like to refresh their foundations, but it is also a great transition for new mums moving from postnatal to regular practice. In this class, we will focus on the foundation principles of yoga, which include: breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation.
