What is Pilates Mat?
Evolvere Pilates Mat in Lane Cove is your ultimate foundation for all core and posture exercises to improve your overall wellbeing. Whether it’s during yoga, barre or our Power Circuit training. Pilates Mat is the one and only consistent foundation, that you will use throughout all of them.
What to expect?
You will learn the fundamental Pilates techniques and importance of good form and alignment. Understand your neutral spine, neutral pelvis and of course the correct pilates breathing. As a result, you’ll be soon flowing through your movements with concentration, control and ease.
