Evolvere Barre in Lane Cove is a full body workout! Combining dance, cardio, pilates and yoga. Barre is the ultimate, FUN, fat burning and low-impact practice. Designed to achieve toned legs and bums, strong abdominals, flexibility and a balanced body. Each class promotes good posture and helps you to increase strength in your back and arms.
What to expect?
Barre will leave you on a post class high! Combine great music with the energy in the room and you’ll walk out buzzing for the remainder of your day. Barre will strengthen, tone and burn.
