⏰ Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to give yourself enough time to settle down and get ready for your practice
🙏 Bring your own yoga MAT and TOWEL. You can always hire a mat for $2.
👣 Wear a pair of Grip socks for our BARRE classes and regular socks are now compulsory for any other class. You can also purchase a pair of grip socks at the studio for $20.
❌ If you no longer wish to attend the class, please cancel your booking 2 hours prior to the beginning of the class otherwise the class will be forfeited.
